Hi bonnie, i m 55 yrs old ,i m an avid golfer , i wish to improve my golf game and i m very motivated to get started on a training program.i ve exercised regularly for the past 8 yrs and i m in a good physical health , most of my exercise has been aerobic in nature with a small amount of resistance training , can u help me with a training program or some exercises which can help me ? thank u in advance. kim

HI Kim, Thank you for your question. Some basic resistance training exercises are: squats lunges leg press calf press bicep curl tricep pressdown lat pulldown row chest press crunch leg lift torso twist Beginners should do 3 sets of 12 repititions per exercises. Thank You, Bonnie
