How To Get Abs?

Want to build muscle, be fit, and get abs fast, how do I do it?

  • I want to start working out a lot more than I do, and lose my fat, get abs, and put on more muscle, I want to be much bigger, but not insanely big. I can't afford a gym membership, so what can I do to make this happen? I have weights, I do push ups, I bought protein powder and protein bars to help me with my working out but what other specific things can I do to ensure Ill put on a lot of muscle and gain abs? And do those even work, the bars and powder that is? I want to get bigger asap, I have some muscles, but it's always been a dream of mine to get abs and be bigger than I am now and actually look like a decent guy lol :) Since I have no job yet, I have a lot of free time and I figure putting it to good use, exercising and getting healthier is a great way to spend it. Some questions I have are: What exercises work well? Both for arms and and to get abs What has to be done? How often should I work out and how many times a week considering I have unlimited free time What foods should I eat, and what shouldn't I eat? What should I drink, and what shouldn't I drink? I already don't eat fast food or potato chips and I don't drink any pop, haven't for 2 years now. I drink skim milk and mix that with my protein powder. I also gave up donuts, cookies, candy, chocolate, and coffee. and I don't drink or smoke if that matters. I heard you should have your weight in protein a day when you want to build muscle.     About your abs, if you are already thin, so you can see your as already, and yo just want definition, work on them maybe 5 times a week, 5-10 minutes. If you have sine belly fat whereas you can't see your abs, work less on them, about 3 days a week, 5-10 minutes. Reason being, you need to lose your belly fat first. Because if you work really hard on your abs, an you have a layer of fat on them, you might get abs, but you need to lose that fat. So, lose the fat first, and then work on your abs(:
