Diet and Work Out routine for swimming?

Will i lose 30 lbs in a month if i do this kind of diet..? Pls ANSWER! Easy points!?

  • I'm 145 and about 5'2.5. I really wanna get down to 115 or even better 110 in a month. Will it be possible if i follow this kind of diet...: For breakfast Cereal/Oatmeal with Bananas/Apples/Any type of Fruit Lunch Whole wheat sandwich (Chicken, tuna, egg sandwich) Fit N Right juice drink (L carnitine) Or a Salad Or a pack of skyflakes fit plus a fruit After workout Skyflakes FIT Or Fruits Dinner Sweet Potato or A small sandwich or Fitnesse Cereal or a bowl of Salad Work out Routine From 2pm - 4pm..: 2 hours of Kickboxing on Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1 hour of Boxing/Kickboxing on Tues, Thurs 1 hour of Swimming on Saturday Rest day on Sunday So what do you think with this type of diet, will i lose 30 lbs in a month? Please reply easy points! So my normal day would be Class till 12 noon - Lunch - Workout at 2 - Eat dinner at 5:30//Before 6 - Do HW - Sleep at 10

    You can go on a diet, no stopping you there, but the bitter truth is I think the diet won't work. You have tons of refined carbs in there (cereal and sandwich). Wheat converts to sugar very easily in the body, so even with whole wheat bread, you can spike your blood sugar easily. Cereals, aside from being a refined carbs, is loaded with sugar, another reason cereal should not be in a diet plan. The same goes with juice. Anyway, a better substitute for your sandwich and cereal would be sprouted whole grain bread (it won't spike your blood sugar). Fruits, sweet potato and salads are fine and you should continue eating them. You also need to pack in more healthy fat and protein (both are crucial to weight loss) - wild salmon, grass-fed meats, grass-fed poultry and grass-fed eggs are highly recommended. Certain fats are required to lose fat (you can get them from the protein sources I mentioned). Without fat and protein, your body just doesn't have enough 'tools' to lose fat. Coconut oil is also known to boost metabolism and is proven by studies to induce weight loss. Protein is important for you. You're doing a lot of workouts (boxing and swimming). You need protein to maintain your muscles. Losing muscles in the last thing you need when trying to lose weight. And don't starve...keep yourself nutrient-fulfilled.

Sounds like a fantastic work out, and alright diet - but you'll get bored of the same things so you should learn about other healthy foods to eat. You should also learn that you're NOT going to be able to lose 30 pounds in a month. You're not extremely overweight so the fat isn't going to just melt right off you (I started off weighing 258lbs, and lost only 20 pounds in my first month and I was over 100 pounds overweight.) It doesn't take a month to put on all the weight, so it isn't going to take a month to get it all off. Just stay positive and keep working and you will lose the weight. It's not impossible. But not advisable. The only way to lose that much on that timeline is lipo. But if you wanna do it naturally! It's not gonna be healthy. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months before. 40 the whole year. Even what i did on the 30 on that 3 months period is not healthy. So I wouldn't advise trying. You should have started a while back if that was your goal. Don't try it. Because if you do. You might not feel it now. But it will hurt you in a long run. Might ruin your kidney as well.

ha ha ha. nobody is telling u not to do it - but first u will not lose that much weight and second - u will gain it all back with some extra when u stop doing it and u will, cos 2 hours of kickboxing 3 times a week is unrealistic for a long run. and also about your diet - where the f´´k is protein? u re tanking yourself up with bread and other cereal and eating a slice of meat once a day with lunch sandwich? u re really ingorant about eating plan too. maybe u get information about eating while exercising
