Okay Ramadan: Psychology and Nursing?

  • Okay first of all I apologize if I sound ignorant, I don't know too much. If I were to get a degree in psychology first (18-21) would it then make sense to go on and become a registered nurse (21-24)? Would they fit well together? I am interested in becoming a nurse, but would love to study psychology....do these two fit well together.........or is it completely pointless and a waste of time? Basically would the psych degree help the nursing? I'm blabbering :/ Also : long time goal is aid working :/ [sorry for being annoying]

I do psychology at AS level its sometimes booring and sometimes fun however you dont really apply much knowledge its mostly just memorising case studies etc i would just go and study for 18-21 long run is too risky plus nursing is very compepitive, ever thought about becoming a psychology teacher?

Why not just become an LVN, then become an RN. I don't think that they would, seeing as they are two different fields, like history and criminal justice.
