How to insert pictures to an e'mail?

HOW DOi INSERT PICTURES INTOMY EMAIL MESSAGE?

  • I do not want to attach pictures tomy email. I want it to be in the message with the text. How do I do that?

  • Answer:

You can insert an image/picture into the body of a mail if you have the mail set as 'Rich Text' or 'html' - (your mail says 'Plain Text' on the top right). Highlight and Copy the image from a web page, and Paste directly into the body of the mail. (Right-click and select.) This only works for images from the web, not files from your computer, so you would need a copy from Facebook, other web mail mails, or uploaded to accounts with Flickr (a Yahoo service), Photobucket, Snapfish or any of the many other photo-sharing web sites. (not Picasa) Images stored only on your computer must be sent as attachments. In order to get it to display within the message text, you have to copy and paste the image from a web server. If you don't already have the image on a web server, you can use a free image hosting site. Once you know how to do it, it's a snap to add an image to a Yahoo email.
