How to send pictures via email?

I have yahoo as my email, but i don't know how to get on the website that will allow me to sent it up so that i can send pictures to people when i email them, help...........

I had a metro pcs and i was able to send pictures to my email. Now i have tmobile, Lg sentio, and i want to know how i can send pictures to my email! please help :D

When I "attach" my pictures they have too many pixels and it takes a long time to attach them. My son has "hotmail" service which automatically reduces the pictures to a practical size. I am hoping that yahoo has a similar service...
