Why is my surname changed when I send email?

Got married and changed my surname which is currently reflecting on my yahoo profile page but when i send out any email, the recipient sees my old name. Been trying to rectify this to no avail, what do i do?

I have changed my surname in my profile, but when I send an email the receiver still sees my name as it was when I registered. Can I change this? I've got divorced and I hate the fact I still appear under my ex's name!!!!!! Thanks :o)
