Where should I study in Spain?

I am an International Business and Global Economics major, minoring in Spanish and German and I would like to go to Spain next year to continue my study of Spanish. My school offers abroad programs to Barcelona and Madrid -- I don't know which would be more beneficial. I have heard good things about the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Madrid..
