I can't open photos people send me.

i have a tmobile lg a140 vga camera phone ive taken photos with it now i want to send those photos to america i have the full phonenumber the message got there but sendee unable to view photos?i have there email address but i cant mms to an email address...

when people send me im's or offline messages...i cant see what they typed...then when i want to send an im...or whatever i will hit enter or send and what i typed just vanishes.....

When i send im's and hit enter or send my words just vanish and when people im me, i cant see what they typed what can i do to fix it?

I cant see what I send in im and cant see what people are sending me either..
