How to open the new chess version?

I tried following the instruction by going to Internet Option, but when I hit View Objects there's no file for Yahoo chess to delete. I did delete the temp files already. Pls. help me....

when entering a section on yahoo chess, a warning says that I have old version and something about cashe and browser. What am I supposed to do in layman's terms!
