How to file a 1099?

I have five W-2 forms and one 1099 form. I was going to do my taxes free online, until I found out that this can only be done with a W-2 form. Then I've tried the 1040EZ, and again, can't be done when I have a 1099 form. How do I file my taxes when I have a 1099 form? Am I supposed to do my W-2s and 1099 together or separately? This is my first time doing taxes (I'm 18 and no one claims me as a dependent), and it's really confusing for me. Guide me like I'm an idiot.
