How to add ppl on msn messenger?

i just want to see how many ppl i can add?

as in yahoo we have chatting rooms frm there we find ppl to add .Likewise is there ne place in msn messenger to add frnds

i need someone to help me figure out how to set up a msn messenger account so im able to add ppl to my friends list when i play msn games. can anyone help me? ty.

how do i add contacts who use msn messenger with yahoo messenger because there like joining

It does not seem to tell me when they are online. On my MSN messenger they are online but on my yahoo messenger beta with voice they do not appear. What am I doing wrong?
