How do you lock the Fn-key on keyboard?

does anyone know of a wireless keyboard that still has a Num Lock/Caps Lock/Scroll Lock indicator lights on the keyboard?

Note: the 8800 allows you to lock the phone using the menu screen and clicking on the phone lock icon. but I want to do it using a keyboard shortcut to make it easy...
