Keyboard Freezes Up When CAPS LOCK is pressed?

My keyboard freezes up if the CAPS LOCK button is pressed and I have no idea why. The only way to make the keyboard return to normal is to restart the computer. Unplugging it does nothing. The only thing that is affected is the keyboard too so its really strange. Any ideas on what is wrong with it?

there is a problem in components and registry in your OS; you ave to optimize your OS by a good program; I use Tune Up utilities 2010; free trial it has ; good and smart also; about 20MB to download; tune-up.com/dowunload
