How do you dive sarely from really high up?

Often times.... I'll try to dive from somewhere reasonably high... and I endd up roating and landing on my backk... anyone know how to fixx this????????

I always say I'm going to dive off the high dive, but when I get up there I look down and I'm so scared off doing a belly flop that I end up kind of starting into a dive and then reaturning to standing position. Any tips??
