How do I make Yahoo my default email on Windows XP?

Don't want hotmail or aol to be my defaults for email. help!!!

If so, how would I find out step by step instructions how to do this?

For the person who keeps answering this question with the "go to this little 60K program from Yahoo...", that program does not work on Vista, and more importantly, in the version of IE 7 bundled with Vista which has different drop down menus...
