How do I make Yahoo my default email on Windows XP?

Is it possible to make Yahoo my default email with Windows XP so that when I click Yahoo opens not Outlook?

    What she says does not work, it is there but last I knew it was not working. It use to work a few years ago, I would see a picture on the web, right click it and choose send with yahoo mail. And now I have yahoo everything and I can not do that. Just now I went to my pictures folder right clicked a picture and send with yahoo was there so I tried it, yahoo mail opened up with a reminder to browse and attach the file. On IE browser...Click Tools>>Internet Options>>Programs>>In the email section click the drop down arrow...Select Yahoo Mail...Click apply, Okay
