How do I get stars on yahoo?

I was looking and it says to get to level 2 i needed to get like 100 stars. How do I view how many stars I have and how do you get them. Is 100 stars to level two correct?

I am just curious. Why do some people get 175 stars and I ask decent questions and only get one? Are there ways or specific keywords to add to your questions to obtain more stars? ...show more
