How do I erase all pictures without doing them individually?

everytime i send pictures or recieve pictures, they get saved in a folder named my photos or attachments. How can i erase them?

It is imperative to erased a picture that I sure don´t want to be there like saved in my computer and I don´t want to erase my account. Please tell me what to do to erase that or block that section. Thank You.

I have over 300 pictures I want to get rid of but can't find a way to erase them.
