How do I delete a toolbar link?

I have this one link in my toolbar search bar that i really want to get rid of..when i write the first few letters in it pops down... i'm using google chrome.. I deleted this item from my history, and when i search my history for it, it isn't there ...

I'm not talking about the individual bookmarks, but the actual link itself.

When I get on a website that I like I sometimes put it in favorites link. Now I have many that I never use and would like to clean up favorites but when I go to listing in toolbar and click delete it takes at least 90 seconds. I must have 150 favorites...
