How do I delete a toolbar link?

Why do I have this toolbar below, every time I open internet browser?

I can't remember downloading any browser, file or toolbar and suddenly something appeared to be Russian language toolbar appears below every time I open the internet browser, the link of this strange after clicking takes me to this website http://www.qip.ru/ What is it, and if you speak or understand this language please help me delete it. Thanks.

You should run a full system scan with your Anti-Virus software. If that doesn't correct the problem, then try a good anti-spyware program. My personal favorite is the free version of SuperAntiSpyware at superantispyware.com. Install, check for updates and run a full scan. Anti-Spyware is not the same as Anti-Virus. Good luck.
