How do I adjust my printer?

When I print out my e-mail letters or information, it is printed in little tiny print. How can I adjust this? Many thanks to anybody who can help me.

I have to print something on glossy paper, but It says that to do that I have to change the Settings to Glossy paper or low ink to print. how do I do that?

I changed them on the computer, but can you change them on the printer itself? My document is still not coming out correctly.
