How can I adjust Printer settings to glossy paper or low ink? :)?

I have to print something on glossy paper, but It says that to do that I have to change the Settings to Glossy paper or low ink to print. how do I do that?

Answer:
first i suggest to use Matte and not glossy becuase matte is more clearer..(use matte on glossy paper)....go file/print/a popup comes up on the top corner it should say properties click on that...and then under media type click n drag to matte or glossy
