How do I adjust my printer?

How do I adjust my printer settings for printable magnets on an HP f340 all in one printer?

• I have purchased pkgs of birth announcements (pink butterfly magnets). Company pband is Wilton. Website is www.wiltonprint.com. I can't get the magnet to go through far enough without jamming or it only prints on a portion of the butterfly magnet. The test sheets are perfect, but is it just to heavy for this type of printer?? Help!

  I could not find the magnets on the website you provided, but I suspect that the magnet material is a little too thick and heavy for your printer to handle like you feared. I would think that would be difficult for most printers to handle. It would be best handled by a printer that had a straight through paper path so that there weren't any turns the magnets would have to make. Unfortunately there are no adjustable settings in printers that you can change to allow for thicker or heavier media as the mechanics are fixed to allow only a certain range of material as designed for general use. You could go back to Wilton and maybe ask for some ideas or recommendations from them for the magnet media printing as they should be familiar with what works with their products. Best of luck.
