How Do You Change Your Age On XBOX LIVE?

I accidentally entered the wrong age on my xbox live account so now i have a restriction on everything i do. I specifically cannot join xbox live rewards strictly because of my age. I need to change this and i dont know how, help?

i want be be able to use netflix and i got xbox live but my age is to young, my parents are fine with it, but i don't know how to change the setting for age

So I got Battlefield 3 the other day, and when I try to play multiplayer it says I'm to young. I have an Xbox 360 pro if that helps at all. Pleaassee hellppp I'm dying to play the multiplayer!
