How do i change my age on xbox live?

I accidentally entered the wrong age on my xbox live account so now i have a restriction on everything i do. I specifically cannot join xbox live rewards strictly because of my age. I need to change this and i dont know how, help?

Answer:
If you have a child account, then Xbox LIVE probably asked you to link it with a parent's email and password. I think you go to the security settings, find your account, enter the parent's email and password, and then unlock whatever restrictions your account has. This kind of thing happened to me about 3 years ago, but I'm not really sure how to do these settings on the new Xbox dash.
