How do I change the age for my Xbox 360 Live account?

Recently, the Resident Evil 5 demo was released but I cannot download it because I put my age as one that is too young to download the demo.

You can not change your age. However, you can make another xbox live silver account (it's free) by using a different email, and entering a birthday that would make you 18 years or older. (you could use your parent's or older sibling's birthday, or get them to make the xbox live silver account. Then you can use their account to download the demo to you xbox 360 and you can play it.
