Lets say that out of the blue, they sent an email to Y!A to get their account reinstated, and it actually worked. Has this ever happened to anyone you know, and what are the chances of something like this actually happening?

if not then why do they call it SUSPENDED ACCOUNT...suspended means temporaily.

And if so, have they ever activated the account again or is it permanently suspended? Star if you had violation for no reason.
