Has ur EBAY account ever been suspended?

I had 43/43 Positive feedback then stupidly i tried to sell FAKE beats studio headphones (i put that they were fake and everything) then they suspended my account. I honestly didnt know that you cant sell fake stuff. But what i want to know is how long is the suspension for this? its my 1st time ever in trouble with them if that matters.

The first time I was suspended was when I didn't buy a couple items(cause the buyer couldn't cancel) but i was only suspended for like a week
