Extra mic for camcorder without mic jack?

im looking for a camcorder with 3ccd's with options for an external mic, and headphones. aaaand my price range is from 0-1000 dollars. i just need something that fits all those needs nothing insane. any feedback would be awesome!!!

Anyone know of a camcorder with flash memory (internal or external) that has an external mic jack in the under $200 price range?

The hd video cameras today seem to not have a mic jack in them allowing me to attatch an external microphone. I was wondering if anyone knew of an exception and could help me out.
