Dust mites allergies?

I have bad eye allergies to dust mites and Im trying to wear contacts. Is there anything I can take to help me with this? Would claritin/zyrtex/eye drops or anything help?

Oh i wanted to add that I was wondering if there was a test to test for an entire multitude of food allergies, not just a few like wheat, strawberries, or peanuts

Is it alright to use antihistimines such as claratyne whilst using Nasonex. I have been informed it will take a while to work and I need antihistimes momentarily because my allergies are very active. Anyone using Nasonex anc can tell me of side effects...

i will replace all pillows, but what type of covers? i will wash sheets, bedspread and comforter in hot water. what else, what of couch, its cloth, 2 rooms have carpet, rest pergo... so confused... what little searching i have done costs of covers as...
