  It could be something else that you're allergic to where you're staying. Some environmental cause. I don't know if they sell them there but you can buy plastic matress and pillow case covers that zip around. You put the bed sheets and pillow case on over that and see if it helps. Sheets should be changed weekly, blankets should be washed at least once a month, twice if you can.
