Does anyone know the name of this bridge?

It has been a long time since I was there and I was wondering what it was called. It is the walking bridge that goes over the river and has parks along the river on both sides with cherry trees and stone walls.

The bridge that the Amtrak train crosses middle of the night, I've been wondering about it since i've went to florida since i was a kid.
