Does anyone know the name of this bridge?

Creepy 80's or 90's animation movie that i can't remember the name of! anyone help?

• okay so i had this movie on tape when i was a child (around 10 years ago) and thinking back it was quite creepy for a child movie, or it may have been a short film i'm not too sure. it involved a family of cartoon animals driving to a theme park and getting stopped by weird things on the way. there is a flood, they have to hold their breath whilst driving under a bridge and one of them turns blue, they leave one of the animals behind at the beginning, they pick up a chainsaw wielding lunatic and get shot up on fireworks at the end, that is about all i can remember it's going to bug me for ages, does anyone know the name of it? i think it's 'something' tunes trip to 'the name of the theme park' or something similar, that's just a guess.
