Do you think EK Civic Hatchback is worth it?

I was thinking deeply about this concept. The CRV & the EK 9 have almost the same wheel distance. I'm supposing it's possible to "customize" an EK 9 with a 4wd option. Think of it... a very aerodynamic hatchback car then replacing its front...

my mates has one and he thinks it's the fastest hatchback in the town. i think he's a muppet though, even though he says it goes up to 140 mph, it doesn't go that fast max speed is probs 80 mph i have mates that own ford focus's, vw golfs, vauxhall astras...

Im gonna be using it as a daily driver, is the EF roomy? comfortable? because i like the EK but its a lil expensive (around 3k) should i keep saving?
