Do we all see different colors?

if you don't know what I'm talking about, just google "that dress" and you'll get a picture of it. When I look at it I see light blue and gold...other people say they see black and blue or white and gold, and that it has something to do with...

Like, we all call blue blue but to someone else it might look like pink eventhough they call it blue and blue would look pink to them? or what if we think the colors are the same but with different names? Like pink may not be the same color to everyone...

Is it possible that we all see different colors through our eyes than other people? Like What may seem to be green to you may seem like brown to me? Everybody learned the shade when they were little and grew up that way but we all call it one thing....
