Wow! I have been wondering the same thing lately and it's pretty crazy if you think about it, I came up with the idea when me and my guitar teacher were talking about it, he is color blind and cant see green but still knows what color grass is because people just "know". So what if you see green in the color that I would see red? It's pretty crazy and there's really no way of knowing but it could just be possible...

It's possible, but unlikely. For one thing, colors seem to affect us the same. For example, most people feel hungry when they see yellow or red, which is one reason most restaurant chains have those in their color scheme. For another thing, colors would appear to clash horrible for some people and to other people they would appear to compliment each other. I have not heard of this happening, so the chances are, we see colors the same.

The colour-blind see colours differently (or not at all depending on the person) than people with normal vision do.
