Can you watch F1 on iplayer now?

It is on the iplayer website but not on the virgin media on demand, is this to do with licensing, and will it go on there at all?

I have BBC Iplayer here in uk, and I wonder if I can watch live F1 coverage(no delay) on the Iplayer?
