I need new boots and want to switch to at but dont have the cash to pick up the bindings yet. I'm wondering if I could keep the same bindings and use an AT boot for a while.

Or must you use ski boots?

With just about every activity that I ended up enjoying, I started out by buying cheap-ish gear and then having to purchase everything all over again when I was ready to upgrade. Help me not do that when it comes to a randonee/alpine touring ski setup...
