Help! any tips on how to do a backbend kickover, splits, or back hand spring?

I want to be able to do back hand spring, backbend kickover and the splits (middle, left, and right.) but I'm not sure how to do them. I don't have a spotter. Any way to build up leg strength to do them? I know what the splits, back hand spring, and the backbend kickover are I'm just not sure how to accomplish them. Help!!!

Answer:
with a bend back try first by doing it from the ground and lifting up your arms . after you accomplish that try do it by bending your back down and putting your arms down b4 you fall. after you have done this try doing a handstand but fall back into one you will be able to do a bendback soon just keep praticing. goodluck =]
