How to protect my ftp account?

Unusual Activity Detected To protect you, your account has been suspended from sending, saving, and receiving?

• Please do read my question carefully and understand my unique problem if you intend to help. I used "Trueswitch", a yahoo utility, to transfer my messages from another account to a new yahoo account. While the transfer was in progress and trueswitch was sending mails from old account to my new yahoo account, YAHOO itself identified it as unusual activity and locked my new yahoo account. Apparently yahoo has no means to differentiate between a spammer and its own transfer utility - Trueswitch. NOW how do I get this lock on my account removed? Yahoo help does its job by sending a template signed by one Mr. George to look up yahoo answers and then use "contact us" option. They fail to realize that if my account is frozen, I cannot send a complaint either since its blocked. How come yahoo has become so thick headed and customer unfriendly? If any one of you can help me I shall be obliged since yahoo is not doing its job. Please remember, I used "Trueswitch" to transfer mail.
