When i comment on nay pages or groups of any facebook page, why does it appear in my friends page even they are not the member/liker of these pages.

Because you are their friend your activity shows up on their news feed. That is how people can learn about other pages... they see you commented and look at the page name, if curious they will visit and join as well.
