    It is completely legal to buy spores on the internet here in the UK but I'm not sure of the law in Canada. Buying ready-made spore syringes or prints is the easiest way but a lot of people cultivate their own spores - microscope required. The simplest way to grow is to use the "PF Tek" method (Google it) when you have your jar of growing-medium you will need to put it into a pressure cooker to get rid of all the bacteria. Mushrooms love warm,wet conditions but so do bacteria; even a tiny trace of bacteria will make the jar turn foul. Keep the jar as clean as possible and don't open it until it is ready.
