5K erg test score. (Rowing)?
-
Today I took an erg test for my crew team. I completed in 25:25:0 and I weigh 102 lbs. Is that good considering I'm tiny? Also, Whats the average score that that weight class?
-
Answer:
it depends. are you a boy or a girl? are you a novice or varsity? considering you dont know if thats good ill say youre a novice (forgive me if im wrong) and for being tiny i guess thats not bad. i really am not too sure since the guys i row with are much bigger than you. but i do know people around 140lbs that pull that time. though thats awful if you are that weight and pull that time. i wouldnt know that average score for someone in your weight class but ill say your time is prob a little above average
