How much weight will i lose by doing water polo?

okay so i am doing water polo next year for high school......but during the summer i am training monday-friday 4:30-7....yesterday until july 25th.....how much weight do you think i can lose in that time???

I play. Well if you eat a healthy diet each day. Healthy small snacks and 3 meals a day AND you work your absolute hardest maybe about 10-15 lb.

water polo is fantastic ,lost of weight in water sports is not great as other sports ,on the other hand ,this situation is depend on two things your body and how much you are serious

my guess is lots. Water polo is crazy, but i cant say exactly as no one really can without really really detailed info. Plus we don't know how your body behaves under that kind of situation.
