Will rogaine foam work on me ?

I have trichotillomania and i pick my hair at the top of my hairline and its a bald spot with no hair now. My mom bought me rogaine today and school starts next month. If i use rogaine today will i have some hair visible enough to where its no noticable. And im a male btw im 13 years old.
