Whats just the one food if kid eat daily and gain weight?

my daughter is so skinny and picky eater,and looks very pale,was wondering what is the just one thing i should give her daily in more quantity that makes a huge difference

I would just worry if she is getting all the minerals and vitamins she needs! Try giving her one of my favorate things to give to my daughters is a glass of "Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast" it has a great taste, taste just like chocolate milk, and has alot of vit and min that our bodies need!

Your job is to offer healthy foods at regular intervals and offer a wide variety. I always put one thing on the plate that my picky eater will eat. Just keep offering a wide variety and make sure she sees you eating a wide variety of foods. She is responsible for how much of the offered foods she eats and how her body turns out.

Is the doctor concerned? I would go with (how old?) whole milk, or maybe pediasure if the dr thinks you should. Just don't go the junk food rout as that will make her gain weight, just not a healthy gain. Id go with (not over doing it of course) breads/pastas/rices, beans/veggies/fruits, meats/nuts/eggs, and if that alone is not enough then I would talk about your concerns with your doctor. Also if Pale I would have blood work done pale, picky, skinny? Could possibly be anemic? Or low iron ect.
