Zaditor Eye allergy drops and breastfeeding?
-
I have really bad allergies and can take claritin for the nose and throat itchiness, but my eyes always stay swollen and itchy until I found zaditor. Now I'm breastfeeding and I'm not sure if I should take it. The internet says there isn't a lot of studies done with taking eye drops and the affects on breast milk or if the medicine passes through. Has anyone taken zaditor while breastfeeding, or has anyone found any antihistamine eye drops safe while breastfeeding?

Answer:
Tomorrow check the infantrisk website. If there is information available, they should have it. I doubt these would be a problem, though, especially with an older baby.
