Is anyone here having trouble changing their profile picture?

ok whenever i save a picture and i upload it it keeps saying "this picture is not a jpeg file" wtf...it doesn't even have a jpeg option in the saving screen

Try going to your profile ( http://pulse.yahoo.com/y ) and changing it there. Hover your mouse over the picture and click "Add/ Change".
