What is the safest and effective sleeping pills here in the Philippines?

Sleeping pills or anti-depression pills?

  • I have an anxiety when I go outside. I used to take anxiety pills, but it didn't work. I could not sleep well because of my anxiety. I start to take sleeping pills to calm me down everyday. It doesn't work either. I take sleeping pills about 6-7 of them in one day, not together though. I also take 2 sleeping pills with 3 or 4 cans of beer before I go to sleep. What will happen to me if I keep doing this?

    Sleeping pills plus beer can just do the opposite effect of both, talk to your doctor to get the right prescription, And if you keep doing it, it can and will kill you slowly and probably painfully....

You cannot take medication and mix it with alcohol. it is counterproductive and can be dangerous. You need to see a specialist who deals with anxiety disorders as well as insomnia--namely a psychiatrist. Good luck to you.

I do that too. I have my ambien or otc sleep meds with a glass or two of wine. I usually sleep well but get dark circles under my eyes and sometimes sleep walk. I haven't noticed any serious side effects. I use to take several sleeping pills everynight, but I found benadryl antihistimine with my ambien (or otc sleep aid) works well, now I'm limiting my sleeping pills to 2 or 3 a night (2 or 3 benadryl also) and a glass of wine 3 to 4 times a week

Yikes, well. I don't think beer and large quantities of sleeping pills could possibly be a good idea. Have you talked to your doctor recently? A stronger dose of prescribed and no alcohol may do the trick for you. Personally, I often can't sleep because of anxiety. I take Bach's rescue sleep liquid melts. They help me relax instantly.
